If you're not there, for whatever reason, maybe you've had babies, maybe you've been giving your life to other people, and you don't feel that way about your body. No matter what age you are, even if you're young, if you don't feel happy in your body, then isn't it about time that you should? Isn't it about time that you give this moment to yourself?
I always say to people, you've got, if you're lucky, 80 years of your life to live. Why not just give yourself 30 days? Just out of those 80 years, just 30 days of it. Just have a go. Just to see what you could actually achieve in 30 days. Maybe if you just ate right, and just exercised, for this much of that 80 years. Just give yourself a chance, just to see what you could achieve.
And once those 30 days are up, and those habits have kicked in, and you feel how it feels to be healthier and stronger, and take part in such a vibrant community, you won't ever stop. It will become part of your lifestyle. And once it's part of your lifestyle, not a habit, not a fad, not a diet; A lifestyle, where you get up and doing your workout is like brushing your teeth. It's part of you who are.
So then, just like me, if you're younger than me, when you get to my age, you'll look in the mirror, and you'll say, "You know what? I'm alright. I'm doing alright." If you're older than me, you'll say exactly the same thing.
People in our community, and the trainers in our community that are older than me, that are taking you through your workouts, are gonna make sure that you are feeling sexy, and you're feeling vibrant, and you are being able to get around, and you're flexible, and you're enjoying life.
And that's the thing. We wanna make sure that you feel great in your body. And if you don't feel great in your body, and you're not giving yourself the time and attention you deserve, then it's about time you should. Just give yourself 30 days, that's all we ask of you.
