This is our Real Strength Challenge. It's a 5 day program that will help you build functional strength. The kind of strength that will give you the energy to get through your day without feeling tired. The kind of strength that will help your power through anything that a busy life can throw at you.
Feeling strong in your body will ensure that when you cross the finish line at the end of the day you have a healthy reserve left over for what really matters - friends, family and yourself.
Real Strength comes from having the self confidence to know that you can handle whatever challenges come your way.
The workouts in this challenge combine cardio with HIIT (high intensity interval training) which is the most effective training for conditioning and fat loss. I've designed these workouts to be done at home or anywhere. You can find a space that works for you and where you feel comfortable. I like to train in my living room.
