We offer FREE 5-Day Ground Service Shipping on all orders to the contiguous United States and Canada, excluding territories. Expedited 2-Day Shipping is also available.

For locations outside of the US and Canada, we ship using FedEx International, which is usually in transit for 5-7 business days, depending on location.

We ship all of our physical products with FedEx, from our warehouse location in Kingston, Ontario, Canada. All clothing ships separately from the United States.

This store currently ships our physical products to Canada, the United States, some European countries as well as Australia, New Zealand and some others. Our digital products (eBooks and videos) are available worldwide. We cannot currently ship to APO addresses or P.O. Boxes.

If shipping outside of Canada or the United States, it is possible that customs charges, including additional duties, taxes, and/or brokerage fees, may apply. Additional fees depend on your country, local tax rate, and customs department.

Clothing orders will be shipped by an International Standard Shipping option. These orders are typically delivered within 8-15 business days.  Please note that tracking is not available for this shipping option, and your order may be subject to import taxes, customs and/or duties upon arrival, depending on your country.

Once the order has been processed successfully we try to have your shipment prepared within 1-2 business days, and ship with FedEx on Standard 5-day Ground Service, unless Expedited 2-day Service was selected at checkout.

Sometimes delivery can be delayed by circumstances out of our control, like postal delays, back-ordered products or incorrectly entered shipping addresses.

Make sure when checking out and paying for your order that all of your information entered is correct! If you notice a mistake in your address, please try to contact us before your order is processed for shipping to avoid any missed shipments or delays.

We try to get orders out within 1-2 business days, but sometimes are delayed by circumstances outside of our control.

As soon as we process your order for shipping, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that contains your FedEx tracking number. You can head on over to the FedEx Website to see where your products are.

Yes, this protects the buyer from your package being stolen and makes sure you get your new equipment!

If the shipping address is a business address, delivery will be attempted only during normal business hours Monday to Friday. The item will not be left without a signature on file. FedEx will attempt delivery 3 times. If you haven't contacted them to arrange for pick-up or alternate delivery with them within this time, they will return the order back to us and you will be responsible to pay for the shipping fee on the return.

No, if you are not home when your package is delivered, BodyRock is not responsible if it is stolen. Please contact us if this happens to you and we will file a claim with FedEx.

Sometimes we're so excited to get our new products that we type the address wrong or just something goes wrong. Don't fret! We can reship your product to you, you'll just need to pay for the extra shipping costs.

Duties may be applicable to equipment orders, and fees will depend on your country's Custom Fees. These fees are typically low, and will be the customer's responsibility upon arrival.

Returns & Exchanges

BodyRock Equipment

We offer a 30-day return policy, as long as: it is not more than 30 days past the date of delivery; and your item is in its original condition and packaging with the original order number. Refunds will be issued when the equipment is received back to the BodyRock warehouse, minus the original cost of shipping, and the customer is responsible for the costs of return shipping. To request a refund on physical product purchases, please contact us.

Digital Products

We cannot issue refunds on digital goods such as e-books or videos, as these are non-tangible goods that are irrevocable once the order is placed.
