Number three is get into a program that's supported by a community. Don't try and take this on yourself.
There is only so much will power even I have. Everybody's gonna have those days where you lose motivation. If you have people around you that are consistently pushing you, that are consistently inspiring you, that are wanting the same goals as you you're more likely to succeed and that's fact. That's whatever you're doing.
If people around you are eating healthy, you're more likely to pick a healthy food. If people around you are going out and drinking and getting drunk you're more likely to take part. That's how it works.
You're gonna find, once you make changes and once you decide that this is something you want to do and you want to make these changes, there are gonna be a few moments where you're gonna find it difficult with the people around you because they find change just as hard. They don't want you to change, they like the way you are, they like how you've always been, you suit their lifestyle.
Now the ones that love you and support you will be right there behind you and saying, "Yep, you've got this, do it." But there are gonna be those people that are like, "You're always at the gym, you're always doing this, "why are you eating that, you used to be like this?", "you used to do that, just one drink."
These are the things that you're gonna find and we've had it all the way through our community. People coming in and saying one of the hardest things was they got so far down the line and then they fell off the wagon and it was just back to square one. And we don't want that. Our community doesn't do that.
We get in, we say, "This is what I want to do, "this is how I want to achieve it," and people are there to support you, they're gonna help you with tips, they're gonna help you with recipes, they're gonna help you with motivation. And on those days where you don't fancy training you're gonna look at all these people and they are gonna inspire you to keep pushing. And that's the difference.
When you're in a community with people who are all working towards the same goal, you are gonna get there so much quicker. And not only that you're gonna learn so much. Everybody you meet has got something to teach you. So all of these people within our community, if you're a beginner they're gonna help you find ways that you can get around different moves. They're gonna say, "Oh, I do it this way," or, "Oh I've got this," or some people have injuries, "I get around it by doing this."
It's all about being part of the community and pushing each other on and inspiring each other to reach your goals. Not hindering your goals. So if you want to see the results and to stay on track you have to be in a place that's full of positivity, you have to be in a place that's supporting you every day and that's what we do.
If you come into our community every single day there's gonna be somebody there pushing you along. And you're gonna be inspired, you're gonna want to push yourselves harder, you're gonna learn so much and more importantly it's gonna be so much fun.
So if you want to see the results happen quicker, get yourself in a community just like ours and it will get you there, I promise you, so much quicker.
