For the next three weeks, Sean and I wanted to bring you a different kind of workout challenge. Normally we focus on timed intervals, but we know from the reps workouts we've done on Facebook Live that BodyRockers really enjoy this format, so we decided to make you a full challenge!
Each day we're going to bring a new set of exercises to the mat and you are going to do a set number of reps for each one. We're going to work for 5 days, then take 2 rest days, alternating for 21 days.
At the end of the three weeks you're going to have completed an amazing 1,250 reps! What an accomplishment!
